Sørlandet is renowned as Norway's sunny southern coastline, benefiting from fertile soils, mild maritime breezes, and endless summer daylight. These optimal agricultural conditions allow our lavender to develop exceptionally rich terpene profiles and deep aromatic soothing notes.
Every plant is nurtured organically in mineral-rich soil without synthetic pesticides, resulting in an exceptionally pure botanical harvest distinct to Lavandelis.
CRAFT & METHOD
Slow Steam Distillation
We harvest at peak bloom during early morning hours under Arctic light. Using custom copper alembic stills, we practice slow steam extraction at low pressure to preserve fragile molecular structures.
The process requires twice as much time as industrial methods, yielding micro-batches of unmatched therapeutic purity, soothing floral notes, and deep botanical elegance.
